North Marbella, just below La Concaha Mountain, is mainly residential for the workers of Marbella. Mainly walking distance to
Marcadona supermarket and the Main Marbella Bus station. So a car is not vital. As of writing this post just days before 2012 we still
cant speculate as to the future of the Hotel Don Miguel. Hasten to add that this is still sought after land in a growing city , so has to
eventually increase in price. Several new local schools have been added to the local area ,due to demand from new families moving
in to this part of Marbella. Xarblanca park is also welcome as a local feature for children and adults to enjoy.
The Nearest airport would be Malaga airport which is about a thirty five minute drive
